- New Directory service launched allowing property related companies to list their services and advertise their
web site both on LetMatch and on our free local directory sites (i.e. www.northamptonletting.com, www.derbyletting.com).
- Tenant search profile creation, allowing tenants to detail their rental requirements and Landlords/Letting Agents to view
those requirements for better property to tenant matching.
February
- LMPS - LetMatch Privacy Service Launched - offering telephone number privacy for advertisers.
- LetMatch Landlord Free Legal Advice line launched in conjunction with Landlord Action.
- Added 'basket' functionality for tenants to track rental properties of interest to them

- Automated Tenant Search Agents - emailing tenants property matching their requirements
