	About Us LetMatch is a service to unite tenants and landlords/letting agents. This is version 1.0 of the site, which allows Landlords and Letting agents from across the UK to advertise their vacant properties, for free, it allows tenants to search for property (houses, apartments, flats, rent a room, house shares, student accommodation, property in general) and register an interest in the property by emailing or calling the landlord or letting agent, Landlord/Letting Agents and tenants can all communicate with each other. Version 1.1 of the site will add in auto search agents for tenants to email them when suitable properties are loaded to let, this will also create a 'wanted ad' for letting agents and landlords so they can try to match theiri vacant property to your needs. Version 1.2 will add the abiltiy for Landlords and Letting Agents to search for tenants and be more pro-active in the whole process. We have lots of ideas for development of the service and are rolling out enhancements daily, but if you have some ideas on how the service could work better for you we would love to hear from you. We are a company of dedicated property professionals who have experience in both property management and web site design and marketing. We have owned letting agents and property, thus understand some of the challenges faced by both groups, we have also been tenants. This gives us insight into building an effective service for all user bases. We are committed to providing a valuable service to landlords and lettings agents and tenants, we provide a free property advertising service to letting agents and landlords and allows tenants to search these vacant property ads.
